Okay, so graphically speaking there’s not much to write about when you’re looking at a fruit machine. There’s lots of fruit, bar symbols, Xs and the lucky 7 on the reels. It looks nice, but gorgeous is not a term we would use. Gorgeous is Fruit Warp by Thunderkick and that’s essentially a fruit machine.
Still, Play’n GO added some nice fire effects onto the reels, which means the slot is not totally boring, visually speaking. Indeed, when the bonus features hit it becomes a feast for the eyes as well.
Needless to say that the joker is the highest paying symbol. And as a wild he plays a part in most winning combinations. Also, all symbols come stacked, but not all the time. Most of the time it’s not difficult to get them stacked, but don’t think they’re always stacked, because they are not.
Bonuses
The fact that the symbols mostly come stacked makes it relatively easy to trigger the two bonus features, however. The first one comes on a non-winning spin, when you get two reels of matching symbols. Here one reel can be entirely substituted by wilds, of course. The re-spin of fire feature will kick in and the reel that’s not matching with the two other reels will spin. You could end up with a joker or one or two matching symbols, or you could get another full reel matching with the already existing reels. Sometimes you won’t get anything at all, though.
If you manage to spin three reels of matching symbols (including wilds, of course), onto the screen, the second major feature will be triggered: the wheel of multipliers. It contains multipliers for 2x to 10x. Wherever the wheel stops determines which multiplier is applied to your winnings.
The highest possible win here is 800 times your stake. You’ll need the joker on all reels and a 10x multiplier to get that.

Summary
Whilst Fire Joker is a slot that seems simple and straightforward, it has a surprisingly high entertainment value. The two features hit often enough that you never really get bored, but the respin of fire is obviously the more frequent one.
You’ll also always be happy to see the joker on the reels, because he rarely comes without a win. But be careful. There can be stretches of winning nothing at all and you might want to hold onto your budget before you burn it all in the fire.
