Wolfpack Pays is beautifully executed, with the reels sitting in front of gorgeous, almost photo-realistic landscape. The symbols feature an eagle as well as a wolf howling at the moon and gem-like card symbols of clubs, diamonds, hearts and spades.
The fact that there are relatively few symbols means that the 243 ways to pay option really comes into play in this slot. With fewer different symbols the chances of matching them up are higher. That comes in quite handy, because you need consecutive wins in order to get ahead.
Bonuses
Whenever you get a winning spin in this slot, you’ll get a free re-spin on top of that. You’ll see a Wolf symbol hovering above the middle reel after your first successful spin. It indicates that a wild has been added to this slot, though it is not guaranteed that you will spin it onto the screen.
Should you manage to get two consecutive wins then two wilds are added, one on reel 2 and one on reel 4. Again, you may or may not actually spin those wilds onto the reels.
After your third successive win, three wilds are added to the three middle reels. Chances that you’ll see at least one of them are definitely higher than in the previous two cases.
At this point you have plenty of reason to get excited, because your little wolf meter at the top right-hand corner will be well on its way to triggering free spins. It only needs four consecutive wins in order to trigger those.
When that happens, wilds are added to all five reels, though you will rarely see all five reels actually sporting wilds. We’ve managed to see wilds on three reels, which is pretty rewarding already, especially since the wild symbol is a wolf that stacks over two symbols.
Once the free spins are triggered, you’ll keep getting free spins until such time when you have collected three non-winning spins. You’ll see a meter counting down in the top right-hand corner again.

Wolfpack Pays is definitely a beautiful slot and it’s “on a roll” feature can be quite a lot of fun as it brings some feverish excitement whenever you are on a roll. It’s slightly disappointing that the wilds aren’t actually guaranteed to spin onto the screen, but when they do show up it’s all the more rewarding.
In all honesty, the slot will likely divide players. It can eat up your budget really fast, if you don’t pay attention and when those non-winning spins keep mounting up. But the 243 ways to pay and the “on a roll” feature make up for that quite easily. You just have to keep an eye on your budget and you’ll be fine. Stretches of non-winning spins are never awfully long.
