The slot offers up two features. It’s a pretty simple and straightforward game. Some like it that way and some don’t. The first feature you’ll notice in the base game is the randomly appearing storm cloud. It will show up on either side of the screen and then blow across it, leaving extra wilds in its wake. Ultimately you’ll be more interested in the tornado feature, however. Look out for the hot front and cold front symbols on reels 1 and 5. Whenever they appear at the same time on the screen, the tornado feature is triggered.
Here one symbol is chosen at random to be collected alongside the wild symbol. The wild and the random symbol will then be collected by the tornado on every spin you are given for free (which is why this is essentially the free spin bonus, though not in the classic sense of the game). Both symbols are assigned increasing coin values, which are added at the bottom of the screen.
The feature continues for as long as more wilds and more of the randomly chosen symbol appear on the reels. When that is no longer the case, your winnings are calculated and you’re returned to the free spins. Winnings here aren’t huge, but enough to keep you going and the feature shows up relatively often to make it worthwhile.
