Game in Action
Wealth in all of its forms is the theme of the day with The Glam Life. The symbols include the finest perfumes and champagne, as well as flash jewellery, cars and gadgets. The highest paying symbol is the yacht — a necessity for billionaires the world over — which pays 200x your line bet. This is far from the biggest we have seen and is actually very poor, but luckily it’s not the only way to win here.
As for the aesthetics, The Glam Life is not as polished or as refined as some of the newer BetSoft titles. There are no big animations, no 3D symbols. This is as simple as you will get from BetSoft, but in this case less does definitely not mean more.
Bonuses
Our favourite bonus is known as the “Travel Around the World” bonus and is unlocked when you land three or more of the classical building structures. Here you can travel to luxury locations on your pirate jet, unlocking big prizes as you make your choices. There is also a free spins round, which is triggered via the plane symbol, but 3 of these symbols will only get you 2 free spins, and 5 will get you 5. This is one of the lowest we have ever seen, but the plane symbols do come around quite frequently.
Other bonus rounds include an instant win bonus, which comes when you land three or more of the perfume bottle symbols; and a “choose-me” game, which is unlocked when you land three or more of the cigar box symbols.

Summary
Despite being firmly lodged in high society, The Glam Life is not a particularly attractive game. It has a rushed feel, and we have come to expect more from BetSoft. We also have an issue with the base game, which returns frequent small wins that rarely cover your stake and often leave you frustrated.
However, looks and small victories aside, there are a number of bonuses here and there is also a progressive jackpot, which go some way to making up for its visual failings. Still, The Glam Life leaves a lot to be desired, which is why we’re only scoring this one 6/10.
