Aetna Insurance Company Limited members can set up an online account to manage their billings, make payments and also follow up on their health insurance claims.
Setting up an account is optional however, it enables the member have 365/24/7 access to information, and also familiarize with the tools and services offered.

How to Login

Step 1: 
Visit the website (https://www.aetnainternational.com/), or you can access the homepage from the 'login' link at the top of this page.

Step 2: 
Click on the 'Log In' link at the top-right of your screen, then click on the 'Log in Member' link.

Step 3:
You'll be redirected to the log in page. On the log in form enter your log in username and password - then hit the 'Log in' button.

Forgot Username - In the case where you forget your Username, do not worry, click on the 'forgot username' link below the form. On the subsequent appearing page, you will be required to tick your plan type and fill in your member details before you can click on the 'Retrieve My Username' button at the bottom of the 'Member Details' form.

Forgot Password - You can reset your password by clicking on the 'forgot password' link below the form. On the preceding page, you will be required to fill in your Username and date of birth. Then a security check would be performed before your new password creation.

Member Registration

Step 1:
Visit the website (https://www.aetnainternational.com/), or you can access the homepage from the 'login' link at the top of this page.

Step 2:
Click on the 'Log In' link at the top-right of your screen, then click on the 'Register now' link.

Step 3:
On the subsequent page, you will be required to choose a plan type between Aetna International Plan Member and Aetna World Traveler Plan Member. Click the 'Continue' button after you have made a selection to move over to the Member Verification step.

In the Member Verification, your member ID, your first and last name and you're date of birth will be required. Once you fill the required details, click on the 'Continue' button to set up your account.

Note: If you do not know your member ID number, click on the 'Aetna International Service Center' link at the bottom right of the form.
